SAJ serials safety device is the most important apparatus in the pinion and rack builders' hoist, which can prevent the cage running over speed, and reduce the cage from dropping accident effectively. 
The safety devices reached the international advanced level of similar products. After the improvement and development, SAJ serials safety device has been developed for the full range of products to adapt to all kinds of construction hoist such as gear rack type material hoist and working platform.

SAJ type safety device is mainly composed of a gear shaft, Centrifugal speed limit mechanism, Brake mechanism, Loading mechanism and Limit switch ,etc. The brake gear of safety device engage with the rack of the hoist rail frame. Speed limit mechanism detects the running speed of hoist. When the hoist speed reached safety device tripping speed, the centrifugal block in the speed limit mechanism hits the brake mechanism to produce the braking force.In the process of braking, the brake mechanism is subjected to the loading mechanism to increase the braking force gradually until the protection target stops falling. In the process of braking, the limit switch will cut off the downlink power supply for the protection target.
